I am holding in my hands the fruits of a long working summer… and I am so excited to share it with you all! Is it too boastful to say I really love this book? The photography is beautiful (thanks to Emilio Scoti & Luisa Girola), and the recipes are fresh and fun. The premise is that the muffin tin is a fabulous kitchen tool, and it’s a shame to waste it only on muffins. So Insolito Muffin (translation: Unusual Muffin) is dedicated to everything else you can make with a muffin pan: miniature pies, cabbage wraps, meat loaf cupcakes, peanut butter cups, etc etc. Of course, you’ll find a few of my tried-and-true “solito muffin” recipes as well. I hope my readers enjoy using this cookbook as much as I enjoyed making it, so please send me your feedback and let me know what you think.
I also happen to have here one free copy of the book to give away to one of you! I will be posting the details on Facebook and Twitter, so make sure to check my pages for a chance to win. The rest of you will just have to run to the bookstores to buy it, which is good news since it hits the shelves today! You can also order it online here.
I will be presenting Insolito Muffin at the Cake Show in Bologna on Saturday November 16th, and again in Florence on Saturday November 30th, so stay tuned for details!
I’ll leave you with a small taste of some Insolito Muffins!
You are amazing!!
Can I Get one when you are here for Christmas?
Gorgeous photographs… can’t wait to see the recipes. I want this book!
Congratulations!!! Whew!
We love you,
Jill
