It is already almost Thanksgiving! This time of year is always a whirlwind for me. Right now I’m pumped and ready to take on all the turkeys thrown my way, but let’s check back in after a week. Between various events and lessons I usually end up cooking enough large poultry to never want to see one of those beasts again. But a year can be a long time, just long enough to start craving the fall flavors of a tasty Thanksgiving dinner and the smells of a succulent stuffed turkey roasting in the oven.
